What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method (4PX or DHL), international delivery usually takes between 7 to 20 business days.
Does my Retroid Pocket come with pre-installed games?
No, Retroid devices do not come with pre-installed games or ROMs. Our consoles are Android-based handhelds, and users are responsible for providing their own legally obtained game files.
What is your return policy for defective units?
We offer a 15-day return window for units with manufacturing defects. If you encounter a hardware issue, please contact our support team with your order number and video evidence of the problem to initiate a return or replacement.
Can I upgrade the firmware on my device?
Yes, we regularly release OTA (Over-The-Air) updates to improve system stability and performance. You can check for updates in the settings menu of your Retroid Pocket while connected to Wi-Fi.
