At Retroid Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handheld gaming experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device in its original condition within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the device in its original retail packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship the Device

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated service center, keeping your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition and functionality, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
